Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged upon delivery.
  • If the wrong product was delivered.
  • If the product delivered is expired.
2. Refund Timeframe

Customers must request a refund on the same day the order is delivered.

3. Return Shipping

Farmer Four LLP will bear the cost of return shipping for eligible refunds. Our customer service team will arrange the return process.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service at cc@farmerfour.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged product).
